Getting Started Checklist

You have your Wisephone II and you're ready to get started–you've come to the right article. 
Below you will find a step-by-step checklist that is in the order you should follow to avoid delays or issues:

1. Choose your cellular path:

   A. Techless Service  (Note: The Techless subscription is included in all three cellular plans.)

   B. Use my current carrier's service – (Check compatibility)

2. Insert SIM card:

   It's time to insert your physical SIM card into your Wisephone II. 
   • Follow the steps outlined HERE if your service is not connecting
   
   

3. Connect to WiFi:

   Unlock your screen, and swipe down with two fingers from the top left. Long press on the Wi-FI icon to select and set up your network.
   
   

4. Wisephone II Setup:
   From your home screen, tap on "Setup" and walk through the screen prompts. 
   

   ∆ If you want to change your experience, reach out to us with your IMEI slot 1 number, and will can make the adjustment for you.   
   ∆∆ Currently, there is no restriction feature to block the Tool Drawer once you have your chosen apps installed. We hope to develop something like this in the future. 
   
   

5. Setup Voicemail:

   It's time for you to access your voicemail. This step is important, especially for those who have just activated a Techless service plan. 
   
   

6. Transfer Important Data:
   This guide will walk you through the step-by-step process of transferring essential data, such as contacts and photos, to your Wisephone II.
   
   

7. Install Third-Party Apps:
   If you choose to have access to the Tool drawer, then you can watch the short video posted HERE to learn how you can install extra Tools. 

   ∆  If you have trouble logging into a specific app, please report this to our support team. 
   
   

8. Learn How to Answer Phone Calls 
   This seems silly, but answering calls might prove to be confusing at first. Check out our helpful explanation and gif HERE. 
   
   

9. Customize Your Home Screen:
   Instead of traditional app icons, we offer a unique customization setting that allows you to rearrange the order and choose the Tools you want to see. Click HERE to learn how!
