Connect to WiFi:
Unlock your screen by swiping up, then swipe down with two fingers from the top left. Long press on the Wi-FI icon to select and set up your network.
You may notice some updates happening, which can make your device feel sluggish during this time. Don’t worry, that’s completely normal!
-
Confirm WiseOS Version:
On your home screen, access Settings, found just below "Setup," and confirm that WiseOS is version 2.5.0 or later.
Once you see WiseOS v2.5.0 or higher at the top of your Settings Menu, tap on Clear Cache at the bottom of Settings and restart your device if it's running slow. This will significantly improve performance!

-

Insert SIM card:
It's time to insert your physical SIM card into your Wisephone II.
• Follow the steps outlined HERE if your service is not connecting
📢 Note: If you decide to use your own carrier service, please insert your carrier's physical SIM card instead of the Wisephone SIM card that was included with your Wisephone (Wisephone SIM cards will not work unless activated). iPhone 13+ users likely have an eSIM and will need to request a physical SIM card from their carrier.
