This guide will walk you through the step-by-step process of transferring essential data, such as contacts and photos, to your Wisephone II.
Whether you are switching from another device or backing up your files, follow these straightforward instructions to ensure a seamless transfer of your personal data.
Note: You can perform these steps with or without an active SIM card, but you will need to connect to a WiFi network for some of the options.
1. Unlock your screen and tap on the bottom search bar.
2. Search for "Smart" and select "Smart Switch"
3. Select Continue and then Allow
4. Tap on "Receive Data"
iPhone/iPad
If transferring from an iPhone:
Using USB Cable:
1. Disable two-factor authentication for your Apple ID.
2. Connect both devices using a Lightning cable and USB adapter to Type-C.
3. Choose iPhone/iPad, and follow the prompts.
Using iCloud:
1. Alternatively, you can transfer data from iCloud by selecting "Get data from iCloud" at the bottom and signing in with your Apple ID.
Galaxy/Android Devices
If transferring from an Android device:
Using USB Cable:
1. Connect both devices using a USB cable.
2. Download SmartSwitch on your Android device and then open it up to allow permissions.
3. On Your Wisephone, choose Galaxy/Android. On the old Android device, select Send Data and follow the prompts to complete the transfer.
Using Wi-Fi:
1. Ensure both devices are charged and placed within 4 inches of each other.
2. Open SmartSwitch on both devices.
3. Select Send Data on the old device and Receive Data on your Wisephone. Choose Wireless as the connection method and follow on-screen instructions.
