Device Manager
A device manager is the person in charge of the Wisephone’s features. Anyone can step up as a device manager by creating a portal account and linking a Wisephone to it. For young ones who are just getting their first phone, or for anyone looking to manage their screen time better, having a trusted friend, family member, or accountability partner can really help keep things on track.

What Can You Do with the Wisephone Portal?

Turn Tool Drawer On*: Enables access to the full list of approved third-party apps (such as transportation or banking apps) within the Tool Management tab in the portal. This is ideal for device managers—like parents or accountability partners—who want to control app availability without exposing the full list on the device.
- Allow Access On Device: Turn this on to make the Tool Drawer accessible directly on the device, allowing approved apps to be viewed and managed without signing into the portal.
Enable Google Apps: Turn on apps like Google Messages, Google Maps, and Google Photos to stay connected and navigate with ease.
Manage Settings Remotely: Adjust phone features from anywhere, no need to grab the device. (E.g., disable hotspot or factory resets)
Coming Soon: View app request statuses directly in the portal, along with screen time and data usage metrics for each device.
