Not Receiving Messages From Androids

1. Check if Google Messages is enabled – If you haven’t already, try enabling Google Messages in the Wisephone Portal (portal.getwisephone.com). This will allow your phone to use RCS messaging, which can improve group texting and delivery issues.
    
2. If you're coming from an Android device and desire to use Samsung Messages instead, one thing that might help is turning off Google Chat (RCS chat), as it can sometimes interfere with group texts(MMS) after switching devices. Here’s how you can disable it:
   
   Go to https://messages.google.com/disable-chat and enter your number; or
    1. Insert your SIM card back into your old Android phone (Pixel 6).
    2. Open the Messages app.
    3. Tap the three dots in the top-right corner to open the menu.
    4. Select Settings, then go to Chat Features.
    5. Turn off Enable Chat Features.
