Restoring the Emoji Key on Your Wisephone II Keyboard
If you're unable to find the emoji key on your Wisephone II keyboard, follow these steps to check your settings and restore it.
Step 1: Check Keyboard Settings
- Open Settings on your Wisephone II.
- Navigate to System Settings > General Management > Samsung Keyboard Settings.
- Ensure that the toggle switches for "Suggest Emojis" and "Keyboard Toolbar" are turned on (they should appear blue).
Step 2: Restart Your Phone
- Press and hold the side power button.
- Tap Restart, then confirm by tapping Restart again.
Step 3: Locate the Emoji Key
- Open the Messages app and select a conversation.
- When the keyboard appears, check above the number keys for a toolbar that includes a circular smiley emoji icon.
- If the icon is present, tap it to access emojis.
Step 4: Manually Enable the Emoji Key
If you don’t see the emoji icon in the toolbar:
- Press and hold the character key just left of the space bar.
- A menu box will appear with symbols like @ - / : # , > ! ☺.
- Select the circular smiley emoji icon to bring back the emoji key.
After completing these steps, your emoji key should be restored! 🎉
