If your Wisephone is an A16 or newer, it supports eSIM. You can follow these steps to set it up.
1. From your home screen, go to Settings > Open System Settings.
2. Select Connections, then select SIM manager.
3. Select Add eSIM, then select the desired method to add your eSIM and follow the prompts.
Note: Follow the on-screen steps when choosing "Transfer SIM from another phone". Transferring from a tablet to a phone isn't supported. Contact your carrier for assistance.
4. If you activated service through Wisephone, select Scan QR code
5. If you activated your plan from a desktop, scan the QR code from your Wisephone.
If you are on your Wisephone, tap the Gallery icon at the bottom right and select the screenshot with the QR code. Tap Done when cropped.
Note: To take screenshots, press and quickly release the Power (Side) and Volume Down buttons at the same time.
7. A loading screen should appear while it processes the information
7. You should see a screen that asks if you want to add the eSIM, select Add.
8. You should now be seeing a message that says "Adding eSIM...This may take a few", with a progress bar
9. Once loaded, you'll land on the SIM manager page where you can tap on the SIM to edit the name. When finished, back out to the Connections menu and select Mobile Networks
10. Select Access Point Names, and then tap the bubble next to the MVNO eReseller name if it's gray
Service should connect within the hour if activation was successful. If the service does not connect after 1 hour, try restarting your device.
