If you need to replace your Wisephone SIM card, follow these simple steps to update your SIM information and ensure seamless service on your Wisephone II.
Step 1: Access Your Service Dashboard
- Log into your Service Dashboard HERE.
- Navigate to Subscription Details in your account settings.
Step 2: Replace Your SIM
- Scroll down and click on SIM ICCID # at the bottom of the page.
- In the upper right corner, select Replace Your SIM.
- Click Continue when prompted.
Step 3: Enter Your New SIM Details
- Either:
- Grant camera permissions and scan the SIM card’s ICCID number.
- Manually enter the new SIM card’s ICCID number.
- Press Continue to confirm the update.
Step 4: Insert Your New SIM Card
- Remove the old SIM card from your Wisephone II.
- Insert the new SIM card into the SIM tray.
Step 5: Complete Setup
- Restart your device. If you have trouble connecting to your cellular service, follow the steps outlined HERE.
- Your new SIM card should now be successfully replaced and ready to use!
