Photos: Exporting Photos from Your Wisephone to a Computer (Mac)

Follow the steps below if you are using a Mac OS X 10.5 and up:                                        *Please make sure you are on WiseOS version 2.0.6

1. Download Android File Transfer on your computer.
   

2. Open Android File Transfer and drag the image onto the Applications Folder to install. 
   

3. Power on your phone and swipe up to unlock your screen.
   
   

4. Connect your phone to the computer by using a data-transferring USB cable.
   (If your device is not recognized, try to use a different USB cable, or restart your computer.)
   
   

5. Once connected, a window will Pop up. Click "Open" to view the Wisephones Files. 
   

6. An Android File Transfer window will open on your computer. For photos taken on the Wisephone, click on DCIM > techlessCam. For screenshots, click on Photos > Screenshots.
   

7. Use it to drag files to your desired folder on your Mac computer. 
   

8. When you're done, unplug the USB cable.
