Photos: Exporting Photos from Wisephone to a Computer (Windows)

Follow the steps below if you are using a Windows product:                                        *Please make sure you are on WiseOS version 2.0.6

1. Power on your phone and swipe up to unlock your screen.
   
   

2. Connect your phone to a computer by using a data-transferring USB cable.
   (If your device is not recognized, try to use a different USB cable, or restart your computer.)

    

3. Open the File Explorer Folder to locate "moto e" in the left-hand menu pane and click on it. 

   
   
   

4. Next, click on the internal shared storage. Then, transfer photos taken on the phone by clicking on DCIM > techlessCam. For screenshots, click on Photos > Screenshots. 
   
   
   

5. Once in the appropriate folder, you can drag your files directly to the desired folder on your computer. 

   

6. When you're done, eject your phone from Windows.
   
   

7. Unplug the USB cable.
