Phone: Accessing Your Call Keypad While on a Phone Call

Steps to take on Wisephone: 

1. When you make a phone call, there are two keypads available to you. You will use the dial keypad to dial a phone number to call.

2. Once on the call, you can select "keypad" to be taken to the call screen keypad. If you accidentally hit the back button or press the power button, you'll be taken back to the dial keypad. You won't be able to do anything from this keypad.

3. Select the gray phone icon in the upper left-hand corner of your screen to be taken back to the call screen.
