Renaming a device in your Family Portal account is simple!
Log into your Family Portal and you should see all the names of the devices in your account under “People”. Find the device on your account page and click on “Edit” on the right side of the screen.
On the “Edit Person” screen, change the name and birthday information from the original to the new user, and then click on “Submit”, on the bottom right corner of the screen.
You will now see the updated name reflected along with the other users, under the Techless logo, on the left side of your screen.
PLEASE NOTE: This process only changes the name of the phone. It does not change or erase any data, call history, message history, or photos. If you want to transfer ownership of your device, please contact Techless Customer Service.
