Sometimes Wisephone can lose connection with the Family Portal. When this happens, there are a few things you can try to re-establish the connection.
Grab your Wisephone and try the following:
1. Tap on Settings > About > Refresh Phone > Refresh WiseOS
2. Use the back arrow when your refresh has been completed. Now tap on Manual Portal Sync and then Sync Now
Now that you have completed both steps send a few text messages or make a call. Then log into your Family Portal account to check the Message History and Call History.
Note: Please remember that reconnecting your Wisephone to your Family Portal will not bring back the past history; it will only show current and future historicals.
