To access your Voicemail, first, dial your current phone number.
Next, please try the following options as your Voicemail pin:
• The last four digits of your current phone number
• The last four digits of your previous number if you changed numbers
• The last four digits of your social security number
• 9999
If none of the pins above work, then please follow the instructions below to try resetting your voicemail password.
Step 1:
Tap "Phone" on your Wisephone screen. Then dial in #793# or #PWD#.
Step 2:
Tap the 'Call' button.
Step 3:
Wait for a text confirmation message from T-Mobile, which should arrive within seconds.
Step 4:
Proceed to your Voicemail by dialing your phone number and using the last four digits of your T-Mobile number as the password to access your Voicemail.
