To set up your new Wisephone, follow these simple steps:
Note: It is best to plug your nano SIM card in before turning on your device
1. Connect to the Internet
After powering on your phone, connect to a wifi network, and press continue.
*If you are unable to connect to your WiFi network, check to see if you have an airplane icon in the top right-hand corner. If so, give us a quick call at 512-675-1820 or email email@example.com so that we can assist you with this ASAP.
2. Log In
Log in using the username and password you first used when creating your account.
3. Select a Person
Select the name of the person who will be using this device.
Missing someone? People are added separately via the Family Portal (beta).
