When the phone you purchased is mailed out, our backend system automatically creates a Techless ID under the email address you used to buy the phone(s). For each device, a new “pending” user will be added to that account.
An email from email@example.com will be sent to you with the title “Set a Password for Your Techless Account."
Once you click the "Set a Password" link, you will be sent to the Family Portal website, where you’ll be prompted to set a password. If you need to change your account email and name later, you can do so once you are in the Portal.
After completing the account setup process by adding a password to your account, you will immediately be driven to add information about your phone users. If you haven’t set an account-wide parental pin, do so on this screen. You can change it by clicking on “Account” in the navigation.
