Are you choosing to use your current carrier service with Wisephone II and need to activate your Subscription? Simply follow the steps below to get everything up and running smoothly.
(Note: On Wisephone? Connect to WiFi first, then open Settings, and select Wisephone Portal.)
1. Head over to our Activation page
2. Select "Activate in the Wisephone Portal"
3. Select "Sign Up"
4. The Account Owner should be the one who will be managing the users device
(You'll have the ability to toggle features on/off)
5. Select "Get Started" to attach your Wisephone device
6. Enter the IMEI and phone numbers.
(IMEI slot 1 is on the tube that Wisephone came in or a small sticker on the back of the phone)
7. Select Done
8. Select Activate Subscription
9. Enter your payment information
(Email is auto-populated)
10. Select Subscribe
11. You should now have access to toggle On/Off Features
12. When finished, you will need to access the portal on Wisephone to select "Complete Setup"

Now that you’ve started your Wisephone subscription and plan to keep using your own cell service, let’s get everything set up just right.
🧩 Step 1: Pop in Your SIM Card
Using the SIM ejection tool, take the physical SIM card from your current phone (the one from your carrier, such as Verizon, AT&T, etc.) and insert it into your Wisephone II. Go ahead and power on your device! If it's already on, you should give it a fresh start by holding down the side power button and tapping restart twice.
📦 Don’t use the Wisephone SIM card that came in the box—save that for later if you decide to switch plans!
💡 iPhone 13 or newer? You might have an eSIM instead of a physical one. No worries—just ask your carrier to send you a regular physical SIM card.
📶 If your service isn’t working after powering on or restarting, no stress! Just follow the steps HERE to fix the connection.
