If you're experiencing issues where your outgoing text messages are sent but your inbox appears blank or some messages are missing, it's likely due to incorrect time settings.
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
- Go to Settings > Advanced Settings > Date and Time.
- Toggle "Set Automatically" to On. If it's already enabled, toggle it Off and then On again.
- Your Wisephone should automatically detect your current location and time zone.
- Return to your home screen and open your Messages Tool.
- Check if the missing texts reappear. You can also try sending another message to test.
- If the issue persists, restart your device.
