Wisephone’s price was $399. However, we have transitioned to the Wisephone II, and the Wisephone I is no longer available for purchase separately. However, you can find detailed product information and pricing, or place an order by visiting our website to explore the Wisephone II options and make your purchase. - DOES WISEPHONE PROVIDE A CARRIER?
Wisephone I did not provide a carrier plan. Instead, we allowed users to choose a compatible carrier. Wisephone works on these carrier networks, and if you do not see yours on here then go here:
*Carrier plans must be purchased separately. We do not sell Wisephone with a carrier plan. Compatibility information presented here has been obtained from each carrier's website at your convenience. We are unable to guarantee compatibility with all carriers in your area and advise to check with your carrier on phone compatibility before making a purchase. Wisephone works on the GSM versions of Ting and US Mobile.
Wisephone does NOT currently work on the following networks.

- WHAT KIND OF PLAN SHOULD I GET WITH MY CARRIER?
You need unlimited texting, and we recommend starting with 1 GB of data. - CAN I KEEP MY PHONE NUMBER IF I SWITCH TO A USED WISEPHONE® I?
As long as you use one of the compatible carriers listed above, then you can keep your phone number. Just take your SIM card out of your current phone and put it in your Wisephone. Some carriers require you to register the IMEI before service will continue on Wispehone.
If you need to switch carriers, contact your new carrier to see if you can keep your number. You can ask them to "port" your phone number to their service. - IS WISEPHONE DATA FREE?
Wisephone will not function correctly without data, so you do need a small amount on your phone. We recommend a minimum of 1 GB of data and adding or subtracting from there after you are able to see how much you are using. - HOW MUCH DATA DO I NEED?
We recommend starting with 1 GB of data. - WHAT USES DATA?
Various functions of the Wisephone, such as Updates, Maps, syncing to the Family Portal (beta), and sending text messages with pictures, rely on data usage. Please note that this is not an exhaustive list, as numerous phone functions also necessitate minimal data usage. It's important to keep in mind that the Wisephone may not operate as intended without access to data. - IS THERE ACCESS TO AN INTERNET BROSWER IF I HAVE DATA?
No, wisephone does not have an internet browser. It's essential to note that we've implemented stringent security measures within the WiseOS, leaving no room for workarounds or vulnerabilities. We've deliberately removed any potential loopholes and established robust boundaries. - WHERE DO I BUY CASES? DO YOU SELL THEM?
We have sold cases in the past on our website but do not have any in stock right now. Wisephone will accept protective cases built for the Motorola Moto E 2020.
Note: If you purchased a Wisephone in May 2021 or earlier, it's possible you have a different model. To be sure, check your About screen under settings and look at the model name.
- IS WISEOS AVAILABLE WORLDWIDE?
Unfortunately, Wisephone is only available in the United States. This is due to regulations in each region. We are glad you are interested in Wisephone and hope to one day be international.
