If you are experiencing issues with MMS messaging like sending and receiving images or Group chats, then try the following instructions below that other customers have said worked for them.

Steps to Follow:
- Confirm that you are on WiseOS version 2.1.8 or higher by navigating to Settings > About.
a. If you are not, tap check for app update and then tap on Check OS update. You may need to refresh and then tap install. - From the home screen, you'll need to tap on settings > Network & Wifi > Cellular > Access Point Names

Select Add to enter the following information: (*see chart below)
- Name – Mint
APN – Wholesale
Proxy – (leave blank)
Port – (leave blank)
Username – (leave blank)
Password – (leave blank)
Server – (leave blank)
MMSC –http://wholesale.mmsmvno.com/mms/wapenc
Multimedia Message Proxy – (leave blank)
Multimedia Message Port – 8080
MCC – (Don't Change)
MNC – (Dont's Change)
Authentication Type – (leave blank)
APN Type – default, supl, mms, ia
APN Protocol – IPv4/IPv6
APN Roaming Protocol – IPv4
- Name – Mint

Tap on the back arrow at the bottom of the screen to save the APN settings.
- Ensure that the new Access Point Name is selected and restart your phone
- After your phone powers back up, you can test these new settings by sending yourself a picture message. Mint Mobile recommends thinking about how much money you’re saving with Mint and taking a selfie to capture that smile. Send a picture message to test sending and receiving those - If any of these tests fail, restart the phone, then re-test.
