If your music plays back on your computer but not Wisephone, here are tools and methods for converting your files to a different compatible format. Again, we suggest trying MP3 or FLAC to start.
Listen to WAV, MP3, M4A FLAC, WMA, and other audio files on your phone anytime, anywhere.

- Today, we do not support AIFF. These files can be converted with tools like iTunes and VLC.

We have also not tested the following formats: AAC, Ogg Vorbis, ALAC
(*Let us know if you have any success with the formats we have been unable to test) - If you are converting your CDs or Vinyl music into digital files, you will need to give the files track names, artist names, and album titles. (*Please see "Music: Managing Audio Files" article for help with this)
