You can perform the following troubleshooting steps to troubleshoot the Maps Tool not loading your location!
First, please confirm that your plan with your carrier has at least 1GB of data or that you still have data available. If you do, please try the following steps to help your device establish a location connection.
- Tap the gear icon and toggle Traffic to Off, then back out of the Map Tool and toggle Traffic to On.
- Next, pinch the screen to zoom out significantly. Wait a couple of seconds for it to load a Map.
- Then you can navigate to your current location and see if you would load your location correctly.
